Elections 2020 are upon us

It seems almost from the end of the 2016 and 2018 elections, the focus was 2020—and here we are!

There is much division in the country to be sure, much of it is media-driven, some is from the rhetoric of public servants, but no matter the source or importance, nothing should distract us from focusing on electing candidates for public office in 2020 who will support the Constitution, secure our inalienable rights, and of course to defend individual liberty!

The game of the tyrants are to distract us and to divide us on a variety of issues and non-issues they created—don’t fall into the trap, remain focused.

Though we are making great strides in some regards, other areas it is much of the same, such as our government spending, devaluation of the currency, decreased purchasing power of the people, government overreach, unending abuse of our military overseas, and local political actors attempting fool-hearted attempts alter our politics permanently, such as pushing to open our Constitution or alter elections through a National Popular Vote.

The primary focus, of course, will be the Presidential election, and while that is important, let’s not lose sight of the other ongoing issues which some folks would love to keep our attention away from.
